Job Title : Project Manager

We're looking for a talented Project Manager who is skilled in multiple technologies, has been a project/ product manager for at least 2 years, preferably in a product based company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction and strong understanding of mobile& web app development technologies and frameworks. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Planning and Execution :

- Define scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Create detailed plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.

- Develop and maintain documentation.

2. Team Coordination :

- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance professionals.

- Assign tasks and ensure that team members are meeting milestones.

- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and support

3. Stakeholder Management :

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirement and provide regular updates on progress.

- Provide regular status updates and reports.

- Manage client expectations and address any concerns.

4. Risk Management :

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

- Monitor performance and resolve issues promptly.

5. Budget and Resource Management :

- Manage budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

- Work closely with procurement and finance teams for cost-effective solutions.

6. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure deliverables meet the defined quality standards and business objectives.

- Conduct regular reviews and implement improvements based on feedback.

7. Agile Methodologies :

- Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes such as sprint planning, daily stand ups, and retrospectives.

- Drive continuous improvement within the team to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Documentation :

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

- Record key decisions, challenges, and their resolutions throughout

9. Post-Implementation Review :

- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

- Compile and share insights and lessons learned to enhance future projects

10. Client Satisfaction :

- Gather client feedback throughout the lifecycle.

- Address client concerns promptly and work to enhance client satisfaction.

- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development for 2 years

- Strong understanding of mobile and web app development technologies and frameworks.

- Familiarity with both iOS and Android platforms.

- Strong knowledge of C# programming language and related technologies.

- Client-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.

- Proactive in managing client expectations and building strong client relationships.

- Excellent project/ product management and organizational skills.

- Effective leadership and team management abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with project management software.
