Assistant Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Thorough understanding of the processes and product selling.
• Must have experience with sales of Electrofusion Fittings and PP Compression Fittings.
• Doing sales tours across districts, meeting parties, sales, negotiation, and signing up new dealers.
• Technical and functional expertise of the process and machinery being used.
• Knowledge of systematic planning & methods to fulfill the targets specified.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.
• Must also survey about current trends in the industry such as prices of the products and knowledge about competitors companies etc.
• They need to generate business leads for the company for which they are working for and also prepare and maintain statistical data and provide reports as per senior requirements.

Have good knowledge of competitors' brands and their sales strategies in the Indian market and competitors.
