Assistant Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Thorough understanding of the processes and products selling.
• Must have experience working with UPVC products and sales of that product.
• Technical and functional expertise in product and sales strategies.
• Doing sales tours across districts, meetings, sales, negotiation, and signing up new dealers. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base.
• Must also survey about current trends in the industry such as prices of the products and knowledge about competitors companies etc.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners.
• They need to generate business leads for the company for which they are working for and also prepare and maintain statistical data and provide reports as per senior requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

We require an Assistant manager, who has good knowledge of the uPVC profile, must have experience in sales, and has good knowledge of competitors' brands and their strategies in the India Market

Desired work experience: 1 year to 5 years
