Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager with expertise in GIS-based Software Products for Telecom and Utilities, with a focus on connecting infrastructure assets through both Web/Mobile GIS platforms. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in 5G/FWA, Fiber/FTTx, GPON, and NLDs networks. Additional exposure to Workforce Management Tools, GIS-based Telecom Inventory Management Tools, and Network Planning Software is a strong advantage.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product, aligning it with business goals, user needs, and industry trends.
Understand and communicate how customers are using GIS Products on both Web and Mobile
platforms, identifying new problems we can solve with innovative features and workflows that drive value.
Work in an empowered team approach to market research, user feedback, and data analysis to identify customer pain points, validate product assumptions, and measure product performance.
Own requirements, specifications, and release plans for assigned products, ensuring alignment across Mobile and Web platforms.
Collaborate with Engineering and UX teams to prioritize and manage the backlog of features, enhancements, and bug fixes, balancing the trade-offs between scope, quality, and time-to-market.
Deliver business cases to support decisions regarding both Web and Mobile GIS product development, including technology requirements.
Define and track key metrics and success criteria for the product and communicate the progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
Represent the product vision at conferences and events, highlighting innovations across Web GIS, Mobile GIS, and telecom technologies.
Collaborate with Product Marketing teams to generate a variety of marketing and enablement materials, including social media content, public and internal communications, blogs, product web pages, and content for major events.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of current capabilities and the product roadmap, particularly for Web and Mobile GIS integrations.
Maintain written documentation of customer interviews and product requirements in alignment with Product Management processes and systems.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET

Strong understanding of GIS, including both Web GIS and Mobile GIS platforms.
Proven exposure to telecom technologies such as 5G/FWA, Fiber/FTTx, GPON, and NLDs networks.
Familiarity with Workforce Management Tools, GIS-based Telecom Inventory Management Tools, and Network Planning Software.
Bachelor s degree in a field related to technology, GIS, or business.
5+ years of direct product management experience, preferably in enterprise software companies.
Experience with agile software development methodologies and best practices.
Ability to define and prioritize user requirements, create user stories, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products across Web and Mobile platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to support product decisions and measure performance.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with various stakeholders, including customers, partners, executives, and engineers.
Ability to accurately understand and document user feedback about business needs, feature capabilities, workflows, and values, and represent them to software engineers as actionable requirements.
Exposure to Workforce Management Tools and GIS-based Telecom Inventory Management Tools.
Familiarity with advanced Network Planning Software for telecom infrastructure.
Experience in developing or managing Web & Mobile GIS applications.
Knowledge of end-to-end telecom operations and related enterprise software market dynamics.
Strong understanding of APIs and integrations between GIS and telecom software systems.
