Lepton's flagship product, Network Access is a cloud/Web based network management solution that helps Communication Service

Providers efficiently plan, design, document and maintain their network.

Network Access provides an open, configurable, and scalable geospatial environment supporting fiber & other network equipment used by both fixed and mobile operators.

Lepton is looking for a Sr. Software Developer (.NET) with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

- Instrumental in preparing SRS, detailed design document, case diagrams, data flow diagrams, class diagrams.

- Scripting and Programming for varied solutions.

- Constructing specifications and determining operational feasibility.

- Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback & experience on application deployment.

- Writing database script procedures, function & triggers.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE :

Backend Development :

- Proficiency in backend programming languages and framework such as C#, Asp.net core, MVC:

- Understanding of HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) and status codes.

SQL Proficiency :

- Advanced SQL query writing

- Joins, subqueries, and Common Table Expressions (CTEs)

- Aggregate functions and window functions

- Data manipulation (DML) and data definition (DDL) statements

- Stored procedures, functions, triggers

Database Design & Management :

- Schema design and normalization

- Indexing strategies for performance optimization

- Database partitioning

- Data integrity and consistency Database System:

- Experience with major relational databases such as: PostgreSQL, Oracle

Data Modeling :

- Entity-Relationship (ER) modeling

- Designing scalable database schemas

- Understanding of normalization and denormalization techniques

Performance Tuning :

- Query optimization techniques

- Indexing and partitioning strategies

- Analyzing and improving database performance metrics

- Monitoring and troubleshooting performance issues

- Caching implementation

APIs & Web Services :

- Designing and building Restful APIs

- Understanding of SOAP (optional)

- Experience with API documentation tools (Swagger, OpenAPI)

Security :

- Implementing database security best practices

- Role-based access control

- Data encryption (at rest and in transit)

- Understanding of compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA)

- Participation in professional development and training programs

Attention to Detail :

- Thoroughness in code and database design

- Commitment to ensuring data accuracy and integrity

QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET :

- 5-7 years of IT experience.

- B./B.Tech. in Computer Science/ IT or MCA would be preferred.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Candidate should hold 60% & above in 10th, 12th and Graduation.
