Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Consultant/Developer with 4-6 years of experience to design, develop, and optimize CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ (formerly SteelBrick) , Salesforce administration, Apex, and integrations, ensuring seamless automation of the quoting process.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions to streamline pricing and quoting processes.
- Configure product bundles, discounting rules, approvals, and pricing strategies within Salesforce CPQ.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and optimize CPQ workflows.
- Develop and customize Salesforce CPQ features using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL .
- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with ERP, billing systems, and third-party applications .
- Create and maintain pricing rules, quote templates, and guided selling flows .
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, ensuring system performance and user adoption.
- Implement best practices for Salesforce CPQ governance, security, and compliance .
- Work on Lightning Experience enhancements and automate processes using Flow and Process Builder .
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and CPQ enhancements, implementing relevant updates.
- 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) implementation and administration.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL .
- Solid understanding of CPQ pricing rules, discounting models, and approval workflows .
- Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP, billing, and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs .
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, data models, and permission sets .
- Salesforce Administrator and CPQ Specialist Certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) .
- Knowledge of DocuSign, Conga, or other contract management tools .
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps tools .
