Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Digital Marketing Specialist to bridge the gap between digital marketing efforts and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage digital platforms to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and conversions, aligning with the organization s revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand market trends and target audience preferences.
  • Generate and nurture qualified leads through digital campaigns, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.
  • Track sales performance driven by digital marketing efforts and suggest optimizations.
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across channels such as Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Optimize paid ad campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Develop engaging content (ads, emails, blogs) to capture customer attention and encourage action.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or CRM systems.
  • Provide detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales funnel performance.
Customer Engagement:
  • Manage social media platforms to build brand awareness and foster engagement.
  • Use marketing automation tools to personalize customer journeys and drive repeat business.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with internal teams (design, content, and sales) to ensure campaigns align with sales objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master s degree is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on sales enablement.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using tools like Google Analytics or similar.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS industries.
  • Knowledge of Indian market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot).
