The Role:

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth through digital marketing strategies.

You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our performance marketing efforts across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEM, SEO, PPC, display, social media advertising, and affiliate channels.

- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate spending based on performance metrics and strategic objectives.

- Analyze campaign performance data to continually refine strategies and increase efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and content, to align marketing strategies with business goals.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to keep ahead of competitors.

- Test and scale new marketing channels and strategies to drive growth and improve ROI.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 8-12 - years of experience in SAAS digital marketing, with a proven track record in performance-based and growth marketing.

- Deep expertise in SEM, SEO, PPC, and social media advertising platforms (e., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).

- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau).

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of driving teams towards high performance.

- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is highly preferred.
