Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage IT processes such as Access Management and employee onboarding/offboarding, conduct IT audits, and support daily IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT processes, including Access Management and employee lifecycle activities.
• Conduct IT audit testing and maintain compliance.
• Review access controls and process documentation.
• Provide IT support, including software, hardware and network monitoring.
• Create purchase requisitions (PR) and submit invoices using D365.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of IT equipment, processes, and network monitoring.
• Familiarity with IT support tools.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
