Lenskart is looking to hire a digital marketing manager to support the international marketing team in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels. On a daily basis, candidate will manage lenskarts performance marketing on Google & social media, including Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram. He/She will also delegate responsibilities to garner additional orders, content creators, and other members of the marketing team, and stay up to date on the latest social media trends.
Objectives of this role:
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for Lenskart Global markets, including SEM, Social media and Affiliates.
- Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.
- Work with and manage a team of creative team, content, and other stakeholders to maintain Lenskarts digital presence.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels.
- Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well its performing and optimize user experience.
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage content for Lenskarts social media, Google, and other forms of digital communication.
- Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in marketing campaigns.
Skills and qualifications:
- Social media savvy & Google, with a passion for staying on top of trends.
- Strong sense of performance marketing & creativity, imagination, and innovation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
- Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
- Strong project management and managerial skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends.
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Experience with SEM strategy and keyword research.
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics & MMP partners.
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data.
