Job Description
As a Senior Executive - Telecalling, you will
- Calling & Collecting payments from delinquent customers.
- Updating & maintaining customer feedback files.
- Reminding Customers about their Loan due date & ensuring timely payments are done.
- Meeting the Team & Individual targets on a daily/weekly & monthly basis
- Responsible for following collection code of conducts.
Required Skills-
Minimum 1-2 years of Tele collection experience in Personal Loan/Credit Card/ Mortgage/HomeLoans in Banking & NBFCs.
1. Graduation Mandatory
2. Added advantage if the candidate is DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certified.
3. Team players should be able to work under pressure.
4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word is compulsory.
5. Good communication & networking skills.
