Hiring for Manager - Finance (Accounts Payable), Ahmedabad

About the Role:

• Supervision and Managing of Accounts Payable functions and Team
• Verification of All Vendor Invoice booking and payment, Utility Payment and other payments
• Verification and working of Monthly Commission pay-out of Direct Sales Agent, Channel partner, Collection Agency, and all other payments.
• Ledger scrutiny at regular interval, Monthly Creditor Aging Analysis.
• Month end and Year end book closure activities like Provisioning, Prepaid amortisation.
• Fixed Asset register preparation and depreciation working.
• Checking all payments passed through Accounts payable and semi authorise the same.
• Maintaining Different working, MIS and tracker for vendors, reimbursement, and commission expense as per requirements.
• Co-ordination with internal and cross functional teams.
• Participation in Audits and prepare working as per auditors requirements.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance must.
• Statutory & Internal audits related to payments.

Disbursement -

• Bank Account reconciliation for collections & payments
• Disbursement payment to clients through Bank portal via RTGS/NEFT
• Checking of client account details with bank instrument & posting the same in bank portal for payments
• General accounting for Disbursement payments
• Preparing various MIS reports like IRR, Yield, Daily disbursement, Funding, Colending
• Balance maintenance in various bank accounts and Interbank transfer
• Coordination with functional teams & banks for efficient workflow
• Coordination with Internal & External Auditors, Daily EMI Payment
