Senior Executive - Legal Collection

Some high level things you would own but not limited to:

• 1+ Years of experience.
• You will be responsible for appearance before Local Court as an AR of Lendingkart in NI 138/Sec-25 & Arbitration cases.
• You will play an active role to provide daily updates of field visits within 200KM of Radius of your base location as well execution of recovery tools with team collection/Agency to crack the cases.
• Further there would be a Recovery Target which needs to achieve to maintain the ROR/Recoveries/Resolutions of Cases.
• Focus on 60+ DPD and High POS Cases for resolution.
• You will play an active role for interacting with cross functional teams namely Data Science, Collection teams etc for driving the Legal policy mandate and ensuring correct implementation of Legal policy guidelines.
• You will drive best practices in analyzing the market trends/practices and benchmarking of existing policies & processes within the Working Capital Loans (Business Loans) industry and also coordinate with administrative Officers to get our complaint registered for recovery purpose.
• You will also come up with in-depth analysis of the borrower profile and share the details of Advocate/Borrower who will appear before the court.
• You will be responsible for managing colending policy & legal related communication with Banks for partnerships authorized officer who may present before court
