Job Description
We are looking for aproactive and skilled Senior Associate-Technology who is good in Datamanagement, People management Technology work. Main responsibility is to ensure that ourin-house software applications run smoothly hand hold users of the techplatform to report information/data easily work on analytics of the datareported on the tech platform. Also share data analytics insights with relevantstakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance checks and updates to guarantee optimal performance of software application
- Handhold users of the tech platform/ software applications in easily using the platform, reporting data/information on the platform, providing need-based training to them, resolving technical issues reported by the users
- Data analytics of large datasets generated from Tech platform/software applications and sharing the summary analysis/insights with relevant stakeholders for decision making in order to improve the quality of the program for which tech platform has been deployed
- Engage with various database concepts and demonstrate proficiency in tools like Excel, Kobo, Google Forms, and WhatsApp.
- Offer training and management support for applications to internal teams, ensuring efficient use.
- Undertake any additional technical assignments related to software application projects as directed by the Lend A Hand India (LAHI) team.
Experience Skills required:
Qualificatio ns:
BTech inComputer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a closely relatedfield.
Certificationcourses/ adept in Data analytics
0-3 yearsof experience in a technical maintenance capacity or monitoring platform management
Skills Expertise:
Good indata management: data analytics using excel google spreadsheets for largedataset management (non-negotiable)
A stronggrasp of database fundamentals and basic programming skills
Expertise of other tools for databasemanagement such as Kobo, Google form will be a plus
Comfortable in working with multiplestakeholders/ large teams
Effective problem-solving skills coupled with ananalytical mindset work
