Were looking for an on-ground Field Manager to join our Jharkhand/ Maharashtrateam to ensure the smooth execution of our research project and connect thedots between our Chicago-based team, LAHI, government schools, and variousstakeholders in India.
Key Responsibilities :
StakeholderCoordination : Act as theprimary liaison between UChicago PIs, LAHI, government agencies, schools, NGOs,and other stakeholders.
Research : Ensure the integrity and quality of datacollection, understand, and implement research methodologies, and ensure theresearch objectives are met.
SurveyManagement : Coordinate with thesurvey firm, oversee enumerator training, and ensure timely and accurate datacollection.
On-groundExecution : Facilitateinternship placements, track student progress, and handle day-to-day challengeswith agility and resourcefulness.
Expansionand Scaling : Assist instrategies for project scaling across other states, and in alignment withDelhis upcoming internship requirements for vocational students.
Reporting : Regularly update and provide feedback to the L end A Hand India and UChicago teams .
What Were Looking For :
ExperienceSkillset : Priorexperience working with government agencies, schools, and NGOs in India. Abackground in applied economics or impact evaluation is a huge plus.
