Job Description
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in Economics, Sociology, or related disciplines
- Willingness to carry out field research (prior experience with field research is desirable but not required)
- Ability to communicate in Tamil
- A monthly salary of Rs. 60,000 (all inclusive) for the duration of employment
- Expenses incurred on the field (food, travel, and lodging) will be covered from research funds.
- This is a short-term position for a maximum of three months (October - December 2024)
- The research team will make all efforts to find reasonable lodging and boarding facilities in the vicinity of the field site.
- All members of the research team will have access to the data collected during the research. The primary investigators (Sumit and Karthik) of the project commit to allocating authorship of research outputs entirely based on intellectual contributions to the research.
