The Officer/ SeniorOfficer (Internships & Government Partnership) plays a critical role insupporting state-level implementation of Skill Education and Internships inschools by managing data, monitoring program execution, and facilitatingstakeholder interactions to effectively implement School-based VocationalEducation Programs in Tamil Nadu. This role involveshands-on work with various stakeholders at the state/district/block level aswell as working to build industry linkages toensure effective implementation and monitoring of Vocational Education and I nternship programs under Samagra Shiksha
Project Management and Stakeholder engagement
\u25CF Represent andcoordinate Lend a Hand Indias vocational education initiatives within thestates education department and lead theInternship program
\u25CF Develop and implement state-level initiativesfor internships for school students.
\u25CF Monitor programimplementation and ensure alignment with project goals.
\u25CF Generate monthlyprogress reports and oversee data management.
\u25CF Collaborate withgovernment departments to support and guide project outcomes.
Internship
\u25CF Facilitate theimplementation of internships at district and block levels.
\u25CF Support State SamagraShiksha in monitoring internships and providing guidance to schools.
\u25CF Coordinate with localrepresentatives, corporates, and industry partners for internship placements.
\u25CF Lead engagementinitiatives that promote community and industry participation.
\u25CF Track student outcomesand support their post-vocational education pathways.
\u25CF Maintain communicationwith stakeholders and compile data for case studies and program impactassessment.

Requirements
Engaging inextensive field travel, averaging 15 working days per month.
Driving and achieving internship targetswhile ensuring adherence to quality standards
Operating withminimal supervision in ambiguous or uncertain scenarios
