Candidate Assessment:
- Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability and match with job requirements.
Candidate Engagement:
- Effectively communicate job details, responsibilities, and expectations to potential candidates.
Recruitment for Key Roles:
- Specialize in filling mid-level to senior-level positions across multiple domains.
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Oversee the complete hiring cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Interview Coordination:
- Collaborate with interview panels and work closely with the Managers.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates across industries and roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
