Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- To draft, review and manage documents, agreements, contracts and other commercial documents for the company.
- To prepare & handle legal matters of the company in different courts, forums etc. directly or in co-operation with local counsel.
- To lodge complaints on behalf of company with various Govt. department.
- To correspond with Government & Private Parties.
- To liaise with Govt. departments for various works.
- To serve legal notices to Companys defaulters.
- To register & renew company’s intellectual property.
- To check legalities of various documents of company.
- To provide assistance regarding legal compliances for various audit of the company.
Good Experience in Litigation & Non Litigation
Education :- LLB
