Sr. Executive - Legal & Compliance

Role: Senior Executive - Legal & Compliance

Company : B. Braun Medical (German based MNC of Medical Devices)
Location : Chandivali, Mumbai

Reporting and Description:

• Reporting Legal Head India
• Responsible for end to end closure of all contracts, transactions and documents.
• Holding independent discussions and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing advisory to business on various legal and commercial topics having impact on the business to ensure compliance with applicable laws, minimizing companys exposure to adverse events.
• Review and negotiate commercials transactions, frame agreements, contracts, RFP/tenders.
• Manage claims, disputes, legal notices, FIR and litigation matters.
• Research matters for regulatory inquiries and disputes including working closely with outside counsel on various matters related to the company.

Education and/or Experience:

• LL.B./LL.M from a reputed institute.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing sector preferred.
• Knowledge of Drugs and Cosmetics laws, Pricing Guidelines, Legal Metrology, etc. required.

Personal Competencies:

• Excellent writing and speaking skills both in English and Hindi is a must.
• Ability to understand issues and provide workable solutions.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Words, Excel, Power point, etc.
• Commitment to work and deliver and have integrity and honesty.
• Team player with ability to work with large business and legal teams at different locations.
