Manager - Legal (Max Lab)

JOB PURPOSE

Providing in-house advisory guidance for establishment of best practices within the legal framework of the organization so as to secure & safeguard the interests of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To review the legal risks involved in various business deals and share the same with the management.
• Structuring, Negotiating, Drafting and execution all types of agreements for the business ventures or profit sharing etc., tie-ups / arrangement, real-estate agreements.
• To handle various legal matters, compliance requirements, due diligence to safeguard the franchise and facilitate business requirements.
• To offer advice on managing the tender documents.
• To review the existing legal cases of the organization and work upon resolving them.
• To provide legal advice to the management.
• To analyses the risks and obtain various sign-offs while signing new business deals.
• To analyse legal information and do the essential paper work.
• To handle litigation management.
• To review contracts and agreements and see to it that they comply with the legal norms.
• To deal with various third parties including external legal and regulatory authorities.
• Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
• To Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust.
• To Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the companys full legal rights.
• To Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.
• To provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization.
• To maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws-LLB,
