- Leading the team in preparation and updating of ISO, ARV, and FDA documentation, also faced FDA audit on since 2012 and succeeded as well as FDA, EDQM, KFDA, TEVA
- Preventive & predictive maintenance for the process equipment like SS/GL Reactors, filtration equipment like SS/RL/HL Centrifuges, Pressure Filters, Press filters, Sparkler filters, Neutch filters, ANFDs, APDs, AVPFs, RVPDs, RPFs, Drying equipment like FBDs, Tray Dryers, Vacuun Tray Dryers, Spray Dryers, MSDs, and pharma equipment like Compactors, Multi mills, Vibro sifters, Compactors, Pulverisers, Micro pulverisers and RO/DM/PFW plants
- Involved in handling of Effluent treatment plant, sea disposal system, Aeration systems, 100kg/hr Liquid and 60kg/hr solid Incineration system
- Operation and Maintenance of reciprocating & screw type single/two stage Air compressors for Process/plant/Instrument Air and Nitrogen gas production
- Energy conservation activities in steam, air, nitrogen, power, and water.
- Innovative staff training programs conducted very often
