Associate Director - HR Business Partner - People Support (15-20 yrs)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AD - People Support (HR) in Mumbai at Leadway Resource LLP.

HR Business Partnering:

- Collaborate with leadership to align human resources strategies with business goals, driving organizational performance.

- Enhance employee engagement through strategic HR initiatives and effective communication.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve the overall employee experience and foster a strong organizational culture.

- Employee Support: Provide guidance on HR-related issues, fostering a supportive and positive work environment that promotes employee well-being and productivity.

- HR Policies and Processes: Design, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.

- Performance Management: Oversee the performance evaluation process, providing support to managers to drive employee development, accountability, and performance improvement.

- HR Operations and Compliance: Ensure that HR operations are efficient, and fully compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, minimizing risk and optimizing HR processes.

- Talent Development & Learning: Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and support their career advancement.

- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation strategies and benefit offerings to attract, motivate, and retain top talent, ensuring competitive and equitable rewards.

- Succession Planning: Create and implement succession plans to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders, safeguarding long-term organizational stability and growth.
