Vital Role:
- Leadership in Finance Transformation Operations
- Take ownership of the finance transformation vertical, ensuring seamless operations, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Drive the implementation of innovative solutions and methodologies tailored to client needs while maintaining high-quality standards.
Practice Development and Visibility:
- Spearhead efforts to enhance the practice's visibility through thought leadership initiatives such as whitepapers, articles, blogs, and case studies.
- Represent the practice at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to build credibility and establish the organization as a market leader.
- Organize and participate in webinars and panel discussions to engage with stakeholders and showcase expertise.
Team Development and Management"
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of 4-5 members in the first year, ensuring alignment with the practice's objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development through training programs and hands-on coaching.
Strategy and Business Plan Implementation
- Support in executing the business plan, ensuring key milestones are met and resources are optimized.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine strategies based on market trends and client feedback.
Essential Role:
Business Development and Lead Generation:
- Actively identify and pursue business opportunities, leveraging networks, market insights, and innovative strategies to generate leads.
- Work closely with the business development team to pitch solutions to prospective clients and close deals.
To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
- MBA in Finance from a reputed institution or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Proven track record of handling leadership roles with exposure to finance controllership, ERP implementations, or process optimization.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
