Lead MW Deployment

Section 1 Skill Set Required

• Minimum 8-10 year experience in wireless project management / telecom sector.
• Knowledge of telecom radio and passive equipments from various OEM’s (preferably MW radios).
• Energetic, Collaborative & Possitive attitude.
• Good in Microsoft excel, presentations and communication skills.
• Knowledge of material supply/consumption cycles and storage.
• Solution oriented approach and hunger to achieve more.

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

1. MW Deployment (All Bands) monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly/Annually deployment plan and align all the resources accordingly.

2. Ensure material supply plan w.r.t monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly deployment plans.

3. Ensure Govt. compliance like SACFA / WPC / WOL (as per regulatory guild lines)

4. Governance with each OEM & TSP partners for achieving 100% compliance in Deployment KPIs

5. Strong vendor management to track on ground teams w.r.t MW deployment plan / MDP.

6. Ensure / track SR to RFAI with circle DH & respective ToCo’s centrally to achieve 100% MDP.

7. Ensure monthly CWIP targets (special focus on ageing inventory).

8. Ensure/track SRN inventory for re-deployment plans and align central planning team for consumable Items ordering in advance.

9. Ensure circle wise material planning for all the projects (New towers, Junoon-2 & Ops priority links) and align respective OEM’s / TSP partners accordingly.

10. Prepare the BRD’s and share with Digitation teams as per MW project requirements. And ensure all transactions / milestones to be tracked through tools (iDeploy / MIDs) only.

11. Ensure circle wise Media readiness in advance w.r.t RFAI / MDP for E-band & 5G backhaul readiness.

12. Sample checks on RFAI survey (done by respective OEM’s & TSP) and align OEM’s as per Bharti guidelines.

13. Ensure ToCo compliances & governance to achieve RFAI requirements w.r.t targets / plan.
