Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with 10-12 years of experience in business analysis and product ownership. This role requires hands-on experience with market-leading CRMs, ERPs, UI/UX design, data management, and AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and UX/UI designers, to deliver high-quality solutions
Design and document business requirements, workflows, and user stories
Work closely with Agile teams to implement Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities
Drive the adoption of AI models to enhance productivity in business analysis and product ownership activities
Oversee data management, ETL processes, and API integrations
Develop mock-ups and wireframes to support UI/UX design efforts
Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements

10+ years of experience in business analysis and product ownership
Expertise in BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, and Lifesciences, with the ability to adapt to new domains
Hands-on experience with market-leading CRMs and ERPs
Strong knowledge of UI/UX design and mock-ups
Proficiency in Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Experience working with data management, ETL processes, and APIs
Proven track record of implementing AI models to enhance productivity in business analysis and product ownership
Experience in AI solutioning as a business analyst or product owner
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
English level B2+
