Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technologies, and industry best practices. As a BA, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define Product Vision and Strategy:
- Develop a clear and compelling vision aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish and communicate the product strategy to internal stakeholders.
2. Product Roadmap Development:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business priorities and customer requirements.
- Prioritize features and user stories based on market trends, customer feedback, and business value.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with development, QA, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Foster a collaborative environment and serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. User Stories and Requirements:
- Create detailed user stories and requirements based on input from stakeholders and market research.
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure the development team understands the desired outcomes.
5. Product Backlog Management:
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the most valuable features and enhancements.
- Continuously refine and re-prioritize the backlog based on changing market conditions and business needs.
6. Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, industry best practices, and competitive offerings related to IAM products.
- Use market insights to enhance the products competitive positioning.
7. Release Planning and Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate product releases, working closely with development and release management teams.
- Ensure smooth and timely deployment of new features and updates.
8. Customer Feedback and Validation:
- Gather feedback from customers, support teams, and other stakeholders to validate product features and improvements.
- Iterate on the product based on user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
