serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing HR expertise and guidance to drive
business outcomes.

Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals,
objectives, and challenges, and provide HR solutions to drive business outcomes.

2. HR Team Management: Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and
development opportunities.

3. Talent Management: Design and implement talent management programs to attract, retain,
and develop top talent.

4. Organizational Development: Partner with senior leadership to design and implement
organizational development initiatives that drive business outcomes.

5. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to drive
employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.

6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws
and regulations, and manage HR-related risks to minimize potential liabilities.

7. Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage the HR budget and provide financial guidance
to support business decisions.
