Area Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager will lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets for Commercial EV loans and expand market presence in the assigned territory. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and fostering strong dealer and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales managers and executives; provide ongoing support and motivation.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty. Ensure proper standard of service are provided to the stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales and collection performance metrics and prepare regular reports for upper management.
• Budget Management: Oversee the budget for the region and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with credit, operations and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve dealer and customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
