Job Description

to join our Mergers & Acquisitions team. This is not an M&A law role but a business-focused position, where you ll be involved in identifying, evaluating, and closing acquisition opportunities. We don t need fancy degrees or conventional credentials we want someone who is sharp, resourceful, and capable of diving deep into businesses to uncover insights that others might miss.

Conduct in-depth research on potential acquisition targets in sectors like edtech, services export, legal tech, and accounting tech .

Engage in conversations with business owners to understand their business models, strengths, and challenges.

Identify and evaluate strategic investment and acquisition opportunities.

Perform due diligence, including mystery shopping, speaking with customers and vendors, and conducting competitor analysis.

Travel to meet business owners and their teams as needed to gather insights and negotiate terms.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage end-to-end acquisition processes.

Minimum Requirement and Qualifications A smart, ambitious generalist with a passion for understanding businesses and how they operate.

Someone with the ability to deep dive into a company s structure, finances, and market position to analyze strengths and weaknesses.

A relentless problem-solver who can track people down, follow up persistently, and gather essential information.

An abstract thinker with the creativity and resourcefulness to evaluate complex business scenarios and spot opportunities.

Prior M&A experience is passion and potential over conventional experience.

If you are a fresher, we would love to see evidence of your interest in equity investing, business research, or a related area .

Likes

The way every person is treated in the company. The company the company gives amazing work environment for beginners. It respects talent and hard work. It takes into account everybody opinion and suggestions for company's collective growth.

Dislikes

One of the policies being that is somebody leaves the job they cannot join back. I feel if somebody takes a decision for their own growth but if they have talent and if they have been associated with the organisation for so long they should be allowed to work again or join back the organisation.
