ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Sales Executive to join our growing team at Vervali Systems.In this role, you will play a key part in driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, and collaborating with the sales team to expand our client base. This position is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging technology to solve business challenges and eager to contribute to our mission of enabling digital transformation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through channels such as cold calling,
email campaigns, social media, and lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha,
and Apollo.
● MarketResearch: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer pain points, needs, and
challenges, tailoring sales pitches accordingly.
● Lead Qualification: Do Outbound Calls and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring
they align with our target customer profile.
● Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the
sales team with qualified prospects.
● CRM Management:Accurately log and update customer information in the CRM system while
collaborating with the sales team for seamless lead handovers.
● Targets Management: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● 2-3yearsofexperience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role for an IT Services
Company.
● Ability to work across multiple time zones or experience with international markets is a
significant plus.
● Skilled in lead generation tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo) and CRMs.
● Proficient in making presentations and managing data/reports on MS Office.
● Excellent communication(Verbal & Written), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Provenability to achieve and exceed lead generation and qualification targets.
● Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.
● Self-driven, motivated, and result-oriented.
● PG/UGdegreeinBusiness Administration, Technology, Marketing, or relevant field
