Key skills for the job
Role & responsibilities
1. Identify, evaluate, and develop prospects for new business opportunities.
2. Establish relationships with new clients and expand the customer base.
3. Contact potential customers (virtual and /or in-person meetings) to generate inquiries to Lauruss manufacturing capabilities and services.
4. Develop new business opportunities with the respective accounts and use internal resources efficiently to convert these opportunities into successful projects and improve financial performance.
5. Representing the company at domestic/ international exhibitions and conferences.
6. Coordination and supporting onsite customer visits and audits.
7. Provide support to the marketing team by inviting prospective customers to promotional events.
8. Contribute to the implementation of marketing initiatives, including providing market information, distributing materials, and attending tradeshows
9. Coordinate and support client visits to Laurus's Hyderabad and Vizag locations, including logistics.
10. Provide conference support by screening relevant companies, identifying potential partnerships, and scheduling meetings with key decision-makers.
Core Competencies
1. Fluent communication skills (both verbal and written).
2. MS office capabilities (MS excel & Power point)
3. Good at Time management.
4. Must be a team player with excellent people management skills.
5. Have strong emotional intelligence.
6. Good at decision making and problem solving skills.
