Logistics Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Sale Order, Dispatch Advice, and PO share to warehouse for finished goods packing list.
• Preparation of pre shipment does (Invoice, Packing COO) than share to BD for shapes green light
• Dispatch schedules inform to the factory upon receipt of green lights from agents Co-ordination with freight forwarders & transporters to get the Vehicle & Container details to share
• With Respective dispatching teams
• Release the sale orders for OBD clearance and Tax Invoice.
• Preparation of commercial Invoice & commercial Packing then share to commercial Dept.
• To approve the SB check list as per invoice for final submission of Shipping Bill
• Preparation of Non-Hazardous Certificate for Air shipments.
• Share the SEZ shipping documents to freight forwards for customs Clearance at origin loading the ports Follow-up's for draft BL and AWB with agents then approved for final copies.
• To arrange the marine insurance certificates for prepaid shipments.
• Preparation of MIS report of pending orders as on date.
• Preparation of ETD & ETA statement of dispatched Shipments.
• Tracking all shipments day to day up to arrivals of destination ports.
• Maintaining the freight bills report as per invoice wise, then submit to finance dept.
• Proof of export documents submission to finance dept.
• Preparation of LC payment collection documents as per letter credit then submitted to finance.
• Post shipment Original documents courier to the final customer as per shipping instructions.

Should Know Import Logistics and Exports

If the candidate is handling Formulations, the job location would be in Hyderabad.

If the candidate is handling API's, the job location would be in Vizag.
