Logistics Executive position @ Pune Viman Nagar location.

Position: Logistics & Commercial Executive

Experience: 3-6years

Must have experience in export import documentation.

working Days- 5 days

Shift: General

Qualification: B.com

Location: Viman Nagar Pune

Notice period: Immediate to 45 days.

Skills required as below:

1)Financial Operations:

Manage end-to-end financial operations for domestic commercial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions related to imports and exports.

2) Import & Export Management & Documentation

Oversee financial documentation related to import/export, including Letter of Credit (LC), Bill of Lading (BL), and other shipping documents (coordinate with CHA)

Coordinate with banks for foreign remittances, currency exchanges, and other trade finance instruments.

Monitor and comply with applicable regulatory frameworks such as FEMA and RBI guidelines.

3) Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, import/export ledgers, and audit trails.

Prepare MIS reports related to commercial operations for senior management.

Assist in audits (internal and statutory) by providing necessary financial data and records.

4) Coordination:

Liaise with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and clearing agents for smooth financial and operational workflows.

Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, operations, and legal, to resolve any financial or compliance issues.

5) Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in import/export financial operations and implement best practices.
