field
ï• Experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales (IT sales)
ï• Strong communication and presentation skills
ï• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
ï• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
ï• Fluency in English and local language
ï• Job Description:
ï• Developing sales strategies and setting up goals.
ï• Generating leads and reaching out to prospects.
ï• Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and
even in person.
ï• Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.
ï• Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes.
ï• Carrying on the sales process using the particular sales software.
ï• Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data.
ï• Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
ï• Taking part in team meetings.
ï• Understanding customer needs: Identifying and addressing a
customer's business needs by using product knowledge
ï• Building relationships: Acting as the main point of contact for clients
and building strong relationships
ï• Making recommendations: Assessing a client's IT needs and
recommending IT services
ï• Negotiating: Negotiating sales, package discounts, and long-term
contracts
ï• Setting goals: Establishing sales goals and implementing a plan to
meet those goals
ï• Tracking progress: Tracking progress toward goals and documenting
sales performance
ï• Attending meetings: Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the
client
