job Description:

Having past experience of project transition from outgoing partner and leading team of 30 team members

Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with teams of focus

Maintain team by recruiting, selecting, and training team members

Maintain effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies

Accomplish results by clearly communicating job expectations, including appraising job results, coaching and disciplining team members, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedure

Govern the CR and make sure the process is followed. If CRs are not filled properly then SDM is responsible to get corrected and timely submitting the Change Request form.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge through attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, etc.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Accurately and completely document problems and solutions on case notes.

Solve problems by adapting previous and new solutions to fit conditions.

Assist in maintaining department records pertaining to all hardware, software, networks and service agreements.

Responsible for creating and updating accurate and detailed knowledgebase documentation for new and existing issues and sharing with necessary teams.
