    1. Monitoring Bots: Ensuring that bots are running as expected and addressing any immediate issues. 
    2. Issue Identification: Identifying problems like bot failures, errors in task execution, or system malfunctions. 
    3. Basic Troubleshooting: Performing initial diagnostics, such as checking logs, verifying configurations, and restarting bots or systems. 
    4. Ticket Management: Logging, updating, and resolving support tickets related to Automation Anywhere. 
    5. Escalation: Escalating complex issues to L2 or development teams if they are beyond the L1 scope. 
    6. Documentation: Updating knowledge bases and documentation for resolved issues and common troubleshooting steps. 
    7. Communication: Interacting with clients to gather information on issues, providing status updates, and guiding them through simple solutions. 
    8. Bot Health Checks: Monitor bot performance metrics and ensure proper functioning of automation processes. 
    9. User Assistance: Provide basic help and guidance to users on how to use Automation Anywhere tools. 
    10. Incident Management: Respond to user-reported issues, such as bot errors, and log incidents for tracking. 
    11. Log Analysis: Review logs to identify and resolve any issues with bots. 
    12. Basic Automation Deployment: Deploy or assist in deploying bots and automation workflows, following predefined protocols and procedures. 
    13. RCA Tracker: Maintaining the RCA tracker of raised tickets on daily basis 
    14. Sharing DSR Reports: Need to share the Daily SOD and EOD Reports on daily basis to the Customers.   
    15. Patching Activity: Need to check any patching activity has been done on the production servers or runner machine and sanity checks need to be done. 
    16. Change Request: Performing minor changes requests in the bots. 
    17. Code Level Knowledge: Need to have the knowledge at Code Level and basic knowledge on MS SQL Database. 
    18. Diagnose and resolve technical problems, system errors, and exceptions encountered by RPA bots. Collaborate with the RPA developers and other stakeholders to provide effective solutions and bot status updates
    19. - Act as the first point of contact for RPA-related incidents and service requests. Efficiently manage and prioritize tickets to meet SLA targets and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Job Description:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    -5+ years of hands-on experience in providing support for RPA bots.
    - Proficiency in working with Automation Anywhere
    Automation Anywhere Certification is desirable, not mandatory
    - Solid understanding of RPA architecture, workflow design, and process automation principles.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    - Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on RPA and intelligent automation technologies.
