Learning And Development Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Coordination: Organize, schedule, and coordinate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Program Development Support: Assist in the design and customization of training programs that align with the organization's goals, culture, and employee development needs.
• Material Preparation: Prepare training materials, handouts, and resources to support training sessions.
• Training Management: Maintain and manage the training calendar, ensure resources are available, and communicate with participants about training opportunities.
• Record Keeping: Track training attendance, completion rates, and other key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external trainers or vendors to ensure seamless delivery of outsourced training programs.
• Feedback Collection & Reporting: Gather feedback from employees and managers to assess training effectiveness and provide actionable insights for program improvement.
• Employee Development: Collaborate with managers to identify skills gaps and recommend development opportunities for employees.
• Compliance & Policies: Ensure training programs comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, when applicable.
• Technology Utilization: Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other tools to track, report, and manage training initiatives.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a learning culture by encouraging participation in development programs and keeping employees informed about available resources.
