As a Product Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in driving the success of our products across the entire customer journey. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams,including Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure a seamless go-to- market strategy and improve customer acquisition, adoption, and retention. This role will require a strategic, analytical mindset to develop market insights, create compelling product messaging, and effectively communicate the value of our products.
What You Will Do: Product Messaging & Positioning
Develop Product Positioning: Work with cross-functional teams to develop clear and compelling product messaging that resonates with target audiences.
Value Proposition: Refine the product s value proposition and communicate its unique features and benefits to differentiate it from competitors.
Target Market Alignment: Conduct thorough buyer persona research to understand customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors to refine product messaging and positioning.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
Identify key customer segments and design targeted campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and usage of the product.
Product & Feature Launches
Work with Product and Sales teams to take new features to market. Develop launch materials, including demos, announcement emails, landing pages, product videos, and ensure they are effectively communicated to customers.
Portal Management: Oversee the product update portal, ensuring it is user-friendly, and up-to-date.
Customer Communication: Ensure that customers are informed about the latest updates through emails, blog posts, and social media, highlighting the benefits and impact of changes.
Content Creation & Sales Enablement
Sales Collateral: Develop and update sales collateral, product demos, presentations, and training materials to help the sales team effectively communicate product benefits.
Customer Education: Develop product education materials, including onboarding guides and FAQs, to ensure customers understand and fully adopt the product.
Website Updation
Content Updates: Ensure that the website is regularly updated with the latest product information, features, and customer testimonials.
Cross-Functional Input: Work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the website accurately reflects the company s value proposition and product offerings.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Market Feedback: Continuously gather market feedback, customer insights, and performance data to refine product marketing strategies and improve product adoption.
Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Product Marketing .
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Previous experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or similar fast-paced industries is plus.
