US Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with 3-5 years of experience in audit, tax filings, and financial management.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the audit process, international tax filing (especially for US tax returns), and experience with SaaS products.

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and file US tax returns (federal, state, and local), including international tax compliance.
• Manage tax compliance related to international business operations, including VAT/GST, cross-border tax issues, and withholding taxes.
• Familiarity with audit standards, financial regulations, and accounting principles (GAAP).
• Handle tax filings related to SaaS products and international clients.
• Reconcile general ledger, prepare financial statements, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Work with external auditors and manage tax reporting deadlines.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience with US tax filings and audit knowledge.
• Experience with international tax filing and SaaS-related tax issues.
• Hands-on experience with international tax filing, especially in the context of US tax law.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho books, Xero, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with cross-border taxation and global tax compliance.
