Business Development Analyst

L&T Technology Services is looking for candidates in Mysuru/Bengaluru location for the role of Business Development Analyst - Medical Solutions.

Job description:

Experience: 3 to 8 years

Notice period: Immediate to 60 days

Location: Mysuru/Bengaluru

Mandate skills: Business Analyst, healthcare domain preferrable, pre-sales, market research and analysis

The Person will be responsible for supporting Business Development activities for overall LTTS medical solutions as part of Medical Devices & Life Sciences (MDLS) business Unit. The Candidate will be requiring Sharp business assessment skills to Monitor Industry / technology trends, analyze customer business and product portfolios to generate insights for defining the GTM strategy. The Suitable candidate will need to have strong presentation, written and verbal skills to interface with multiple stakeholders within L&T Technology Services (LTTS) located across multiple sites (e.g. Sales, Pre-sales, delivery, Horizontals etc.) to identify, map / create and position relevant offerings and value propositions.

Duties and responsibilities

• Customer Business analysis for better understanding of the product / solution Portfolio
• Monitor Healthcare Industry & Emerging technology trends
• identify, map / create and position relevant offerings and value propositions
• Support evolution of the offerings, solutions to key business problems and the roll-out of new capabilities
• Define the GTM Strategy by closely working with all stakeholders within Org.
• Work with Identified partners and Sales team(s) in defining GTM strategies in taking the new /existing offerings to customers
• Able to lead meetings with internal and partner teams or Sr. Mgmt. to gain approval on recommendations and implementation plan
• Participate in customer meetings and workshops to identify & position appropriate offerings and value proposition.

Key Skills

• MBA OR Bachelor's/master's degree is preferred in computer science or related field (such as computer engineering, software engineering, biomedical engineering, or mathematical sciences)
• 3+ years of Customer Business Analysis / Presales experience
• Ability to generate Insights through assessment of customer business for positioning & mapping of relevant Offerings and Value propositions.
• Able to lead & drive meetings with internal Stakeholders
• Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to rapidly changing needs and scope of work
• Preferred Technical Competencies- Experience of working in healthcare segment
