Industry: Engineering & Construction

Experience: 20-25 years

• Team Leadership & Workforce Management Essential for managing and mentoring teams, ensuring productivity, and maintaining smooth operations in the casting yard.
• HSE Compliance & Risk Management – Crucial for ensuring worker safety, reducing accidents, and complying with industry regulations.
• Technical Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement – Helps in optimizing
• Knowledge in precast works of Wall panels, Beam, Column, Slab & Manhole chamber etc., Able to execute and monitor casting yard development work and logistic plan.
• Thorough knowledge in Steel mould installation, assembly, precast element production, storage, loading and transporting.
• Knowledge in Gantry / EOT crane utilisation and its operation for precast concreting, handling of casted elements smoothly.
• Knowledge in precast element curing systems, casting cycle of precast segment.
• Knowledge in precast erection, grouting procedure, connection between Column to Column, Column to Beam, Slab connection etc., being used globally.
• Knowledge in project logistics plan for stacking & shifting of precast segments to various locations of project to ensure continuous work front.
• Coordinate with Central Planning and prepare production planning for precast scope.
• Coordinate with Design, Methods team, QA/QC, to prepare necessary SOP and ensure compliance.
• Arrange & manage resources to ensure seamless operation at precast yard. Evaluation of minor and major material requirement for all precast segment regularly.
• Make arrangements for suitable inspections / audits at appropriate frequencies in regard to safety, quality, design compliance, functionality etc., asper approved specification/SOP.
