Cost Control Engineer

Experience more than 10 years

• Expertise in cost control software (e.g., Primavera, SAP, CostOS).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• PMP (Project Management Professional).
• CCP (Certified Cost Professional). Develop and implement cost control procedures tailored to large-scale EPC and EPCM projects.
• Ensure project cost control and budget management in alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Monitor project budgets and forecasts to prevent overruns.
• Collaborate with estimating teams to establish project budgets based on approved estimates.
• Generate and maintain detailed cost breakdown structures (CBS) and ensure proper cost allocation.
• Evaluate cost impacts from project changes and provide recommendations.
• Track and analyze change orders, claims, and their impact on budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with contract and procurement teams to validate cost implications of change requests.
• Identify and assess cost risks; propose mitigation strategies.
• Provide cost-related input to client and internal project reviews.
• Liaise with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align cost data with project execution.
