• MIS-dashboard Development during the EPC phase
• Schedule Control from engineering to commissioning
• Cost & change control management
• Resource planning/ monitoring
• Sub-contractor bill checking/ approval
• Develop Risk process & identify stake holders
• Regular risk reviewing
• Maintain Risk register
• MIS - Risk & Opportunities
• Follow-ups with stack holders and ensure smooth execution
• Presentation preparation for different meetings / stack holders
• Worked as Planner cum cost controller in EPC company or Reputed Engineering company
• Worked from head office and seen E-P-C phase of Project
