Roles and Responsibilities

• Strategic Procurement of items viz. Civil materials ( Stee, Cement, Structural steel) C.P.& Sanitary fittings, Ceramic & Vitrified Tiles, Doors & frames, Italian Marbles & Granite, General Hardware includes safety items, Plumbing material includes PVC, CPVC, pipes and fitting, Electrical utilities & Cables, landscape materials

• Manage procurement operations for construction projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  
• Develop and implement effective purchase plans to meet project requirements.
  
• Coordinate with vendors to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of contracts.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards in all procurement activities.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management to minimize waste and costs.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in construction procurement or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of purchase planning, purchase management, project procurement, project purchase, and vendor development.
  
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
