Presales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads for real estate sales.
  
• Conduct telecalling campaigns to promote properties and services.
  
• Make domestic calls to potential clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing industry.
  
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  
• Proficiency in using computer software applications such as CRM systems.
