Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ, Tender Documents, and Estimation for High Rise Buildings (Residential) and Highways projects.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
  
• Develop detailed estimates of materials, labor costs, and equipment rental fees for construction projects.
  
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate cost projections and budgeting.
  
• Provide technical support during the bidding process by reviewing tender documents and preparing bid submissions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or related field with expertise in BOQ preparation, estimation, quantity surveying, bill checking/billing engineering.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of high rise building construction methods and highway construction projects.
