Insurance Business Development Manager

Mandatory skills: 2 - 5 yrs experience in both life & non- life insurance selling.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our insurance business in the assigned area. The role involves selling both life and non-life insurance products, providing after-sales support, and maintaining strong relationships with insurance companies. You will also support the sales team in recruiting new advisors and managing operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Drive insurance sales and business growth in assigned areas by supporting and enhancing the Sales Teams efforts.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Branch Manager on strategic planning and execution for business development.
Advisor Training: Conduct training for advisors on products, processes, and policies as outlined by the Head Office.
Relationship Management: Build and sustain relationships with insurance companies and handle various liaison activities.
Activity Management: Plan, execute, and manage business activities to ensure targets and objectives are met.
Operational Support: Provide operational assistance to branches, including support with logins and issuance processes.
Advisor Recruitment: Participate in Business Opportunity Presentations to attract and recruit new advisors.
Products: Life and Non-Life Insurance

Experience Required:
2-5 years of experience in selling both life and non-life insurance products.
Preferred experience in B2B or Agency models, with a proven track record of managing business partners or advisors.
