Assistant Manager - Inventory

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, monitor, and deliver inventory as per the supply chain and production inventory control process.
• Ensure deployment of the inventory tracking system in Oracle.
• Ensure the inventory produced (Bill of Material in Oracle) is entered accurately and matches production on a periodic basis.
• Verify the transfer orders of Raw Materials and Packing Material from Store to Production on a periodic basis to arrive at closing inventory in hand.
• Verify transfer orders of Semi-Finished Goods to Finished Goods from Production to the Dispatch team on a periodic basis to arrive at closing inventory in hand.
• Ensure completion of partial/pending fulfillment of orders in Oracle.
• Undertake stock audits for all inventory on a monthly basis.
• Report to upper management on stock levels, issues, etc.
• Verify Scrap Sale and handle petty cash and other miscellaneous transactions at the factory.
