Recruiter Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Recruiting Manager to join our HR team and support our talent acquisition efforts in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. The FMCG Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent to meet our staffing needs and support business growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and execute candidate engagement strategies to ensure a positive and seamless recruitment experience. Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, provide timely feedback, and manage candidate expectations.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
• Analyze recruitment metrics, trends, and performance indicators to track hiring effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Prepare regular reports and insights for senior management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, department heads, and cross-functional teams to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and ensure alignment on recruitment priorities. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct screening interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interview processes with hiring teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-performance and achievement of recruitment goals.
• Manage the offer and negotiation process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely onboarding of new hires.
• Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and values.

Qualifications:

• Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
